Shipping policy

We offer global delivery service, covering all countries. However, due to the different policies and customs regulations in various countries/regions, we will adjust the delivery services for some countries to minimize the processing time of the packages. We also hope you can be patient during the transportation process. 

Your order will be dispatched within 2-4 working days. The delivery time from dispatch to receipt is approximately 15-30 working days.

* The transportation time is an estimated time, calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date. Due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other reasons, the transportation time may be longer than the estimated date. 

To ensure that the goods in your order remain intact, we will recheck the items before shipment to guarantee that your goods will not be damaged for no reason, which could lead to a poor shopping experience for you. Therefore, it will take approximately 5 working days for us to complete the order verification. Once the order verification is completed, your package will be dispatched. At that time, you can check the package information through the order tracking function. If there is any emergency situation that requires assistance, please contact us. 

When the international order arrives at the destination country/region, customs duties, import taxes and related fees may be incurred. These additional charges will be directly collected from the recipient by the shipping company or your local customs. Please note that these fees are borne by the recipient, and the specific amount varies by country/region.
